FAQ – Online Loan Questions
We are asked a lot of questions all the time, so here’s a few common facts about our service.
Q: How much can I borrow?
A: We specialise in arranging loans between $250 and $1000.
Q: How quickly can I get the money?
A: The lender will assess your online loan application and if everything checks out, a lender may be able to send the money in one working day. Most bank transfers take a matter of hours if your bank accepts ‘fast payments’, then the money can be deposited overnight.
Q: How will I get my money?
A: The loan is usually paid directly to your bank account, you can then get access to it as normal (NSW/ACT customers loans may be sent by cheque).
Q: Can I apply?
A: We only have a few basic requirements. If you are over 18, are in full time employment, earn over $1200 a month and are paid directly into your bank account. then you are likely to qualify. Our lenders will have to check your details before they can confirm the final loan.
Q: Do you credit score my application?
A: Our lenders may carry out a credit check as part of their assessment of your application. However don’t worry if you have a default – most of our lenders approve cash advances for applicants with black marks on their credit history. Their policies are very different to those of mortgage lenders and banks.
Q: Can I have more than one Payday loan at the same time?
A: No, we ask that you only ever have one short-term loan at any one time.
Because we are a responsible broker, we need to make sure that you can affordably pay back your loan.
Q: What if I have a minimum short-term loan and want to pay it off quickly?
That’s great! We have a 16 day minimum repayment plan if you take out a short-term loan.
Q: My payday or bank details have changed.
A: If details have changed, it’s not a problem, just call your lender and they willl be able to sort it out.
Q: What if I think I might have problems paying?
A: Our lenders know things change and your circumstances may be working against you.
If you are having problems, we always recommend that you give the lender a call to discuss things and they will do their best to help.

Payday Loans
What are they?
Payday Advances are easy loans, up to $1,000 for first time applicants and up to $1,000 for existing customers. They are deposited straight into your bank account on the same day you apply and are repaid on your next payday. Bad credit is accepted as there is no credit check without your approval. Money can be deposited into your account on the day you apply, when you apply before 2PM.
Lending Rules:
You need to be:
- Over 18 years old
- Employed either full or part-time
- Take home more than $1,200 a month
- Have a bank account
